Kinstellar ranked among world's top law firms for corporate investigations in 2017

October 2017 - Kinstellar is honoured to have been included in the 2017 edition of the GIR 100 — an annual guide that ranks the world’s top 100 law firms able to handle sophisticated cross-border, government-led, and internal investigations.

Published by Global Investigations Review and independently compiled and written by GIR editorial staff, the GIR 100 is the only publication to provide extensive qualitative analysis of the world’s international investigations marketplace.

Kinstellar’s management and partners wish to commend our truly exceptional firm-wide Compliance, Risk and Sensitive Investigations (CRSI) team led by Jitka Logesová for this recognition of their outstanding performance and unrelenting commitment to excellence.

Kinstellar launched its Compliance, Risk and Sensitive Investigations practice in 2010 with a small team of four lawyers and the ambition to develop a market leading practice. Since then we have built the leading Corporate Investigations practice in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and Central Asia, with offices in nine countries, 40 skilled legal experts and a solid client base.

Our clients are leading multinationals, notably in the IT, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, construction, consumer products and financial sectors. We also act for public sector clients, and increasingly, for local clients and subsidiaries of international companies concerned with the rising level of enforcement across CEE and exposure to potential director liability and corporate criminal liability in some jurisdictions.

No other law firm in our markets can match our expertise, coverage and integration. We know the region’s anti-corruption laws, culture and enforcement trends inside-out, and we are proficient at dealing with the relevant authorities. We handle matters involving actual or potential enforcement actions in other jurisdictions, notably in the US, and can manage complex inter-jurisdictional issues, including concerns relating to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

We would like to thank our clients for their trust and support!
