  • LENDERS on a cross-border secured financing initially of ZAR 450 million and increased with an additional funding of ZAR 105 million and EUR 9 million in relation to the financing of a global health and wellness company
  • EBRD on a EUR 95 million senior secured syndicated facility granted to Land Power Romania, a jointly-owned subsidiary of LLC Lukoil-Ecoenergo (Russia) and ERG Renew (Italy), as sponsors, towards financing the construction, commissioning and operation of an 84MW wind farm located in Tulcea region
  • A LEADING POLISH CHILDREN’S BRAND on the Romanian law matters in view of acceding to an existing secured syndicated financing granted to the group of companies it is part of
