Kinstellar advises Marriott on its first managed hotel in Bulgaria
May 2018 – Kinstellar has acted as the exclusive legal advisor in Bulgaria to International Hotel Licensing Company S.A.R.L, a subsidiary of Marriott International Inc., on their first management agreement for a Marriott hotel in Bulgaria.
Our work included the analysis of the Bulgarian law aspects of Marriott’s hotel management agreement package, advice on the specific local aspects of its implementation, as well as the real estate due diligence of the asset to be operated by Marriott.
The mandate is a landmark transaction in the Bulgarian hotel market.
