Kinstellar advises Adecco Group on the spin-off of its business in Bulgaria
February 2018 – Kinstellar is pleased to announce that it has successfully advised The Adecco Group on the spin-off of its business in Bulgaria into two separate companies. The IT Outsourcing business, one of Adecco’s key activities, has now moved into a new structure that will operate under the brand Modis Bulgaria. Adecco Bulgaria will continue to deliver general staffing services. We have also assisted The Adecco Group on the transfer of more than 1,200 employees.
The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR Services, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development, as well as outsourcing and consulting services.
In Bulgaria, Adecco will continue providing recruitment services and temporary workforce solutions. The new brand Modis Bulgaria will provide IT service desk, data center and network services, software support, software development and BPO solutions to customers from around the globe.
