Experienced lawyers and new graduates join Kinstellar in Hungary
September 2020 – Kinstellar is delighted to announce the joining of new lawyers in Budapest.
Márton Kertész has joined the Commercial & Investment Projects practice group of Kinstellar’s Budapest office as Of Counsel. Márton has over 15 years of experience advising clients on labour, corporate and commercial law matters.
Orsolya Pass and Csenge Koller have joined the Corporate and M&A practice group as Associates. Orsolya has considerable experience and expertise in corporate law, in particular acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and general corporate counselling. Csenge has significant experience in corporate law with particular emphasis on complex corporate restructurings, mergers and demergers as well as acquisitions.
The Budapest office also welcomed three newly graduated lawyers: Flóra Szalai and Attila Kerekes (Junior Associates) have joined the Commercial & Investment Projects practice group, while Róbert Nagy (Junior Associate) is a new member of the Corporate and M&A team.
