Victor Constantinescu moderates panel discussion at CEE Property Forum 2019 in Vienna
September 2019 – Victor Constantinescu, Managing Partner of Kinstellar’s Bucharest office and Co-Head of the firm-wide Real Estate practice, served as chair of the “Focus on Romania and Southeast Europe” section of CEE Property Forum 2019 in Vienna and moderated the panel discussion “Investing in SEE – Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia on the rise.”
The conference, which took place on 18 & 19 September 2019 in Vienna, is a distinguished event dedicated to real estate professionals in Central & Eastern Europe. This year’s gathering brought together more than 100 speakers and 500 visitors interested in the future of the sector.
The roundtable moderated by Victor shined a light on the region’s untapped potential for investment in the real estate sector. Participating in the discussion were Claus Graggaber (Erste Group), Andrew Peirson (CBRE), Elitsa Tsenova (Lion's Head Investment), and Mia Zečević (Novaston Asset Management) - all of whom made the case why it is worth investing in SEE.
Emphasizing the “takeaway” from the discussion, Victor added: “The SEE space is a fantastic opportunity to invest that unfortunately has been the victim of bad perception over the years - this narrative needs to change. With investment yields and opportunities becoming scarcer further west and north, SEE is looking awfully attractive from so many perspectives.”
