Kinstellar assists the leading developer and publisher of mobile games, Miniclip, on its strategic investment in independent games developer Green Horse Games
March 2021 – Kinstellar is pleased to announce that it has successfully assisted Miniclip, a global developer and publisher of mobile games, on its entrance on the Romanian market through a strategic investment in Green Horse Games.
Miniclip is a global leader in digital games with the mission to develop, publish and distribute highly engaging games to an audience of over 200 million monthly active users across mobile, social and online platforms. Founded in 2001, Miniclip has successfully grown a huge global audience in over 195 countries and across six continents. It has a portfolio of over 60 games and has recently welcomed teams from Playsport, Yakuto, Masomo, Ilyon, Eight Pixels Square, or Gamebasics to the group. This deal allows Miniclip to step into the Romanian gaming eco-system and continue its expansion plans with another gaming services provider.
Founded in 2013 by George Lemnaru, Green Horse Games is a mobile gaming studio based in Romania, well reputed for the highly successful game Football Rivals. Through this deal, Green Horse Games intends to expand its game portfolio and reach a broader audience.
