Kinstellar advises ProLogis on the sale of logistics park in Slovakia
April 2017 - Kinstellar has recently advised ProLogis on its latest divestment, the sale of the industrial and logistics complex ProLogis Park Nove Mesto nad Váhom (western part of Slovakia). The park was acquired by ARETE Invest.
The Kinstellar team was led by Roman Oleksik (Partner) and included Miroslav Kapinaj (Managing Associate), Vladimír Šimkovic (Associate) and Michaela Némethová (Junior Associate).
