Kinstellar advises on the largest Czech industrial real estate transaction in 2020
March 2021 – Kinstellar’s Prague office has successfully advised the retail chain Sportisimo on a large-scale, built-to-suit warehouse project in Ostrava. Kinstellar assisted Sportisimo throughout the entire negotiation of the future lease agreement and lease agreement with the landlord, including advising on the structure of the construction and permitting process.
Sportisimo plans to move its logistics base from Rudná near Prague to its new facility in Ostrava later this year. According to available information, the transaction is the largest logistics lease contract signed on the Czech market last year.
