Legal Intern (part-time) – Kyiv

The vacancy is preferably open to students of law who are currently in the 4th or 5th year of their studies.

We are looking for law students who are not afraid of responsibility and who want to work as part of an international team of professionals with continuous learning and skills development opportunities.

In your role, you will be responsible for supporting our lawyers in various banking and finance matters and transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • drafting legal documents
  • conducting legal and factual research
  • communication with Legal and/or State Authorities, and
  • ad hoc administrative assistance.

 We will evaluate the following advantages:

  • currently a student of a top law school (4th or 5th year of study);
  • internship at an international or a major Ukrainian law firm
  • excellent communication skills in both the English and Ukrainian languages (written and spoken);
  • track record in moot courts;
  • strong initiative, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, open environment;
  • highly organised and able to prioritize work to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
