Receptionist, Budapest

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Budapest office.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist position;
  • College degree is an advantage;
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Outstanding organisational skills;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Pro-active attitude;
  • Responsibility for one's performance.

    Tasks:

    • Handling incoming calls, messages and mail;
    • Organising conference calls;
    • Welcoming and guiding visitors, booking taxis and arranging catering/refreshments for visitors;
    • Being responsible for the meeting rooms and keeping the calendar for them;
    • Making mailing orders and preparing the documents for the delivery;
    • Fulfilling other office administrative issues such as protocol supplies;
    • Supporting the operation of the office.
