Legal Secretary/Receptionst (evening part-time), Bratislava
We are looking for a Legal Secretary/Receptionist to work in evening part-time shift. This person will provide comprehensive secretarial and receptionist services to the members of our team in the Bratislava office. The position is suitable for university students, preferably law, economy or management studies.
reception & protocol duties;
switchboard operators’ duties;
handling incoming and outgoing mail;
composing, editing and formatting documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint according to firm's templates and in-house styles procedures;
translation of various documents, news articles, letters, indexes etc.;
maintaing and updating filing systems and archiving;
operating office equipment such as printers and scanners;
fulfiling certain tasks connected to the Financial Department (client billing, expense claims and approvals, car expenses etc.);
performing other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Full proficiency in English;
Excellent computer literacy (proficient using of MS Office);
On-going studies at college or college degree;
Minimum 1 year experience in secretarial/assistant position;
Outstanding communication and organisation skills;
Ability to work productively alone, but also effectively as a team member;
Being responsible for own performance and results;
Ability to work and keep calm under pressure;
Confident and self-assured;
Experience in global organisation, preferably service lead and ideally in a legal environment will be considered an advantage.
