Legal Secretaries: Evening Shift (from 12 noon to 8pm) and Daily Shift (9am – 6pm), Budapest
We are looking for energetic, responsible and motivated Legal Secretaries to join our Budapest team for the evening shift (from 12 noon to 8pm) and daily shift (9am – 6pm).
Tasks:
Provides a comprehensive secretarial service, including legal correspondence, contracts, agreements;
Takes responsibility for typing e-mails, letters and for all Word, Excel or Power Point processing;
Controls diaries, organises internal/external meetings, including booking taxis and arranging catering/refreshments for lawyers and clients if required;
Maintains and updates filing systems and archiving, updates contacts list;
Fulfils other tasks connected to the Financial Department.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Full proficiency in English;
Minimum 2 year experience in a similar osition (secretary, personal assistant);
Excellent computer literacy (proficient using of MS Office);
Touch typing;
Outstanding communication and organisation skills;
Pro-active attitude;
Ability to work productively alone and also as a team member;
Taking responsibility for own performance and results;
Ability to work and keep calm under pressure;
Confident and self-assured attitude.
