Receptionist/Assistant – Budapest

We are looking for a Receptionist / Assistant to join our Budapest office.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Receptionist/Assistant position; College degree is advantage;
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Pro-active, confident and self-assured attitude;
  • Taking responsibility for own performance.

    Receptionist tasks:

    • Handles incoming calls, messages and post; organises conference calls;
    • Welcomes and guides visitors, books taxis and arranges catering/refreshments for visitors;
    • Takes responsibility for the meeting rooms and updates calendar for them;
    • Makes mailing orders and prepares the documents for the delivery;
    • Fulfils other office administrative issues such as protocol supplies;
    • Supports the daily operation of the Office.

    Secretarial tasks:

    • Provides secretarial service, including legal correspondence, contracts, agreements;
    • Takes responsibility for typing e-mails, letters and for all Word, Excel or Power Point processing;
    • Maintains and updates filing systems and archiving, updates contacts lists;
    • Fulfils other tasks connected to the Financial Department.
