A leading international law firm located in Emerging Europe and Central Asia, we are looking for a Finance Assistant for our office in Budapest, Hungary.
Co-ordinates billing processes, supports the preparation of billing details for internal and external clients;
Monitors clients' debts, is involved in related communication with clients;
Maintains and runs regular specific internal reports relevant for the Local Senior Management and Finance Manager;
Client data management: maintains and updates client databases, monitors client data, maintains manual filing system;
Carries out instructions received from Finance Manager and Local Senior Management, cooperates with other colleagues in the Finance Department and firm's contractors, in particular with persons responsible for invoicing and billing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a global organisation, preferably service lead and ideally in the legal environment;
Good command of English;
Experience in working effectively across cultures;
Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
Proven IT skills; MS applications – particularly Excel, Word;
Commitment to accuracy and quality;
Ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines;
