  • JSC ATFBank on the sale by its controlling shareholder, Mr Galimzhan Yessenov, of 99,76% of the issued common share capital of JSC ATFBank to JSC First Heartland Jysan Bank and the acquisition by Mr Yessenov of 19,96% of the issued common share capital of JSC First Heartland Jysan Bank
  • JSC HALYK BANK KAZAKHSTAN on the acquisition of the majority stake in Kazkommertsbank JSC from its controlling shareholder Mr Kenges Rakishev and Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC
