  • MERIDIAM on European and Bulgarian economic regulations, antitrust /State aid and technology aspects of the operations of Sofia Airport in the context of of Meridiam’s winning bid for the EUR 3.9 billion 35-year concession of Sofia Airport, including a complex and multi-layered legal advice on antitrust compliance, airport charges, and interplay with other regulated areas of the airport’s activities
  • A MULTINATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY on the antitrust, commercial, compliance and data protection aspects of its activities in Bulgaria, including on the distribution model, rebate and bonus schemes, antitrust training, abuse of stronger bargaining position aspects, internal investigations, implementation and compliance with requirements of the GDPR
