Kinstellar advises CTP on its first building acquisition in Bulgaria
January 2021 – Kinstellar is pleased to announce that our real estate team in Sofia has successfully advised CTP Invest, central and eastern Europe’s largest industrial developer, on the acquisition of building facilities and a land plot in Sofia. The deal, implemented through a sale and leaseback agreement, allows for the further expansion of the site and strengthens CTP’s position in Bulgaria. CTP was advised by our Sofia team in the structuring of the entire transaction, a complex process, in the second half of 2020.
This is the second deal that CTP has assigned to Kinstellar in Bulgaria: we previously assisted the client with the acquisition of land plots for the development of logistic parks.
