Kinstellar advises PORTIVA and Micronix on the acquisition of Central Kladno shopping centre

September 2020 – Kinstellar’s Prague office has successfully acted as a legal counsel to Czech investment group PORTIVA and Micronix in connection with its acquisition of the Central Kladno shopping centre from Crestyl, along with assistance with the acquisition financing.

With some 27,000 sqm of space, the Central Kladno shopping centre has major tenants that include the Albert supermarket chain, C&A and H&M clothing retailers as well as the Sportisimo sporting goods chain.

Kinstellar provided comprehensive legal advice in connection with the acquisition, including due diligence, negotiations of the transaction documents, acquisition financing and refinancing of the existing debt.

The deal value is CZK 2 billion.

PORTIVA is a Czech investment group focusing on energy, real estate, automotive software services and investment fund management.
