Kinstellar's advises on the sale of Millennium Center office complex in Brno, the Czech Republic
May 2021 – Kinstellar's Prague office has successfully advised Generali Investment CEE investment fund on the sale of Millennium Center office complex in Brno to RSBC investment group.
The Millennium Center complex, located near Brno's main railway station, consists of four interconnected five-storey buildings. The market value of the commercial real estate is estimated at CZK 200 million (approximately EUR 7.8 million).
