Kinstellar advises on the sale of KS Klima-Service in the Czech Republic
May 2019 – Kinstellar has successfully advised Genesis Private Equity Fund II (GPEF II) on the sale of its majority stake in KS Klima-Service – a Czech leader in the development, production and supply of air filters and filtering equipment for atmospheric filtration. Last year the company, which employs 100 workers at its facility in Příbram, posted a turnover of around a quarter of a billion Czech crowns.
GPEF II, which before the sale held a 77 per cent ownership stake, the company founder Jiří Beseda, who had a 20 per cent share, along with top managers, who held the remaining shares, agreed to sell 100 per cent of KS Klima-Service to TROX GmbH – a Germany-based global producer of air handling equipment and filters.
