Kinstellar advises QTerminals LLC on the merger control approval for its concession of Olvia Sea Port in Ukraine
February 2020 – Kinstellar has acted successfully on behalf of QTerminals LLC, headquartered in Qatar, in connection with obtaining merger control approval from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as part of the concession of assets belonging to State Enterprise "Stevedoring Company "Olvia" (Mykolaiv) and State Enterprise "Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority" (Mykolaiv), which collectively carrying out stevedoring activities at Specialised Sea Port "Olvia", one of the major ports in Ukraine.
Kinstellar's Kyiv team previously represented QTerminals LLC at all stages of the concession tender held by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
QTerminals LLC, the major port operator in Qatar, provides container, general cargo, RORO, livestock and offshore supply services.
