Kinstellar supports Business Integrity Week in Ukraine
May 2019 – Kinstellar is a proud partner of Business Integrity Week 2019—an annual event promoting ethical business practices in Ukraine. This year it takes place on 20–24 May 2019 in Kyiv and Lviv, Ukraine. The high-profile event is organised by the Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance with support from the Business Ombudsman Council, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
As part of this year’s event, Iryna Nikolayevska, Counsel and Head of Compliance, Risk & Sensitive Investigations at Kinstellar in Kyiv, moderated the panel “How to be Successful and Ethical in the Ukrainian Business Environment”—part of Day 3 of the event, 22 May, devoted to “CEO Debates” and co-organised by Kyiv Post, Ukraine’s leading English-language newspaper. The debates involved the notable panel speakers—CEOs of such multinational companies as Sanofi Aventis Ukraine, Nestle Ukraine, P&G Ukraine, Beetroot Kiev and iC consulenten Ukraine.
Business Integrity Week is a series of events aimed at engaging the business community, state authorities, civil society, business associations, educational institutions and the media in Ukraine toward the promotion of a culture of compliance and business integrity. Among the event’s aims is to establish a dialogue between business and government in Ukraine in order to improve governance and the investment climate. This year’s event includes a number of practical seminars on compliance and anti-corruption issues.
The Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance is a national network promoting the idea of doing business ethically, responsibly and transparently in Ukraine. Network members commit themselves to support a good business reputation and to constantly improve their integrity standards in accordance with the best international practices.
