Improved legislation in Romania meets EU requirements

We advised a Romanian ministry and a regulatory authority on improved legislation to meet EU requirements.

Our advice was in relation to the improvement of the existing services legislation in order to comply with EU legislation, with a special emphasis on the implementation in this sector of the Private Sector Initiative/Public Sector Participation in order to raise funds to upgrade relevant infrastructure.
