Our Istanbul office serves international clients investing in Turkey and Turkish clients investing abroad. In Istanbul we work closely with a group of Turkish lawyers who have established a new Turkish law firm called CCAO to advise on Turkish law. CCAO is led by leading Turkish lawyer, Halide Cetinkaya who is both well known among, and highly respected by, the Turkish business community, international law firms and international businesses with interests in Turkey. With CCAO we provide focused, commercial legal advice in Turkey.
We have language capabilities in Turkish, English and French.

Charles Dunn is the managing partner of the Istanbul office and co-head of the Private Equity practice of Kinstellar. He focuses on banking & finance, energy, infrastructure and other projects, private equity and restructuring & insolvency. He is an English qualified lawyer and speaks English.

From Ataturk airport:
By taxi
Allow 45 minutes from Ataturk airport to the office, or up to 1 hour during rush hour. A single fare costs approx. 60 TL.
By public transport
There are airport shuttles called HAVAS from the airport to “Taksim“ (city center). From there take a bus (any number) which can pass from Şişli “”From şişli take a bus number 59B “Basın Sitesi “ to “Park Durağı”. For Havas a single fare costs 15 TL. The journey can take approximately 35 minutes to Taksim. The taxi fare from Taksim to our office is around 20 TL, which would take 15 minutes.
From the city center:
By subway
Having used HAVAS to get to Taksim (city center), you can use the subway from Taksim to Levent. The subway takes approximately 10 minutes. A single fare costs 1.75TL . From Levent take a taxi to Maya Plaza. The taxi can take approximately 10 Minutes and a single fare costs: 6.0 TL.
