Since its accession to the EU on 1 January 2007, Romania has continued to experience significant foreign investment. An important market in its own right, Romania also serves as a gateway to South Eastern Europe.

Formed in 2000, our Bucharest office currently consists of Romanian and international lawyers. Many of our key staff have a legal education in both the (Anglo-Saxon) common law and the (continental) civil law systems. Combined with our regional knowledge, this enables us to bridge the gap for foreign companies and institutions, avoiding ambiguities and speeding up the legal process.
