Belgrade - Serbia

Belgrade is the economic centre of the former Yugoslavia and the geographical centre of the Western Balkans. Political stability, together with the legal and regulatory developments that accompany Serbia’s progress towards membership of the WTO in the short term and the EU in the longer term and a favourable corporate taxation regime, have made Serbia an attractive investment opportunity for a wide variety of businesses.
Kinstellar has advised international and local businesses, banks and the Serbian state on many of the most significant deals in Serbia in the last 10 years. The Belgrade office was launched in March 2010 with a team of senior Serbian, UK and US qualified lawyers with the experience to provide commercially oriented legal advice in an Anglo-Saxon style to leading market participants both in Serbia and the wider Balkan region.
Our Serbian team is also qualified to advise on the laws of Montenegro and Republika Srpska and can advise in the English, Serbian and French languages.
