Bucharest, 20 June 2012 – Iustin Captariu, a Senior Associate in the competition law team of Kinstellar’s Bucharest office was a featured speaker at a competition law event on 20 June 2012 organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania in partnership with the Romanian Competition Council and the National Magistrates Institute.
8 June 2012 – Bogdan Bibicu, partner and head of the Banking and Finance practice in the Bucharest office of Kinstellar, was a panel speaker on recent tendencies in the banking sector in Central and Eastern Europe at an international conference of the European Association for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF) and the Association of Legal Advisers in the Financial and Banking System (ACJSFB) in Pitesti, Romania.
