Iustin Captariu speaks at Amcham’s Romania Competition Law Practice Event

Bucharest, 20 June 2012  – Iustin Captariu, a Senior Associate in the competition law team of Kinstellar’s Bucharest office was a featured speaker at a competition law event on 20 June 2012 organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania in partnership with the Romanian Competition Council and the National Magistrates Institute. The event targeted a selected audience of  judges of the Court of Appeals and the High Court of Cassation and Justice, representatives of the Competition Council and representatives of the private sector. Iustin’s presentation examined procedural issues arising in application of competition rules in Romania.
