Professional indemnity insurance

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of local laws implementing Directive 123/2006/EC on services in the internal market, details of Kinstellar's professional indemnity insurance are as follows. Our insurers are QBE Casualty Syndicate 386 and QBE Syndicate 1886, of Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3BD. The insurance covers Kinstellar's practice carried on from all offices and its designated cooperating offices, located in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Turkey and will extend to acts or omissions wherever in the world they occur.
