Legal Secretary, Budapest

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our team in the Budapest office.

Job description:

  • provides a comprehensive secretarial service, including typing from audio and manuscript of correspondence, contracts, agreements;
  • controls diaries, organises internal/external meetings, including booking taxis and arranging catering/refreshments for lawyers and clients if required;
  • is responsible for the typing of e-mails, letters and all Word, Excel or Power Point processing;
  • maintains and updates the filing systems and archiving and updates contacts lists;
  • fulfils some tasks connected to the Financial Department.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • full proficiency in English;
  • excellent computer literacy (proficient using of MS Office);
  • ongoing university studies or an university degree;
  • minimum 2 years experience in a secretary position;
  • touch typing;
  • outstanding communication and organisation skills;
  • pro-active attitude;
  • able to work productively alone but also effective as a team member;
  • is responsible for own performance and results;
  • able to work and keep calm under pressure;
  • is confident and self-assured;
  • has experience in a global organisation, preferably service lead and ideally in the legal environment will be considered an advantage.
