Data Entry Assistant, Budapest/Sofia

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our IT team in the Budapest or Sofia offices.

Job description:

  • assistance in the daily operation of the existing CRM system
  • assistance in the regular maintenance of the data mass of the existing CRM system
  • assistance in the data preparation of the future CRM system
  • general assistance to the Project Manager & ADS Team Lead
  • general assistance to local and regional teams if needed, according to local policies

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • has a high school degree
  • has intermediate English skills, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
  • has practical experience in Microsoft Office 2013, especially in Excel
  • has an analytical approach, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, is a team player, focused and organized, accurate and patient and able to deal with tedious and monotonous work
