Kinstellar is a company with a long heritage and a proven track record in Emerging Europe. One of the first firms to create a regional presence, we then became the mainstay of the CEE practice of one of the world’s leading law firms.

Our relationship with Linklaters, one of the world’s leading law firms, began as a joint venture in 1999. By the Millennium, the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices operated together as Linklaters’ regional force, spearheading operations throughout Central and South Eastern Europe. Our history in these four cities dates back to the time immediately following the fall of the Iron Curtain in CEE as early as 1992 in Prague and 1990 in both Bucharest and Bratislava.

Kinstellar emerged as an independent practice on 1 November 2008, creating the premier law firm in Emerging Europe and reinforcing our commitment to the region. We opened our new offices in Belgrade, Serbia in March 2010 and in Istanbul, Turkey in June 2010.
